Disgrace

I bought a car from effen cars for 8k and it immediately developed issues effen cars then passed me on to there warranty company and basically washed there hands of the problem there was clearly no pre sales checks on the cars after months of solicitors letters they ignored a court order to attend court lied about accepting mediation and basically it got to the point chasing the money or effen cars was unattainable and they also use use a solicitors firm called lawgistics who in there testimonials will tell a dealer if a car develops any problem after leaving there forecourt they will argue it is fair wear and tear do not use this firm avoid it burn the money you would of paid for a car it'll work out cheaper.
