We ordered our second hand van from Glossop Caravans in May. 6 weeks later we were due to pick it up. On the day before, at 5.30, Chris rang to say there was a problem with the brakes. Next day he rang to say they had parts, come at 1.00 tomorrow. Arrived at 1.00. "Problem with the brakes." I said could you not have phoned me? They said they should have done. They had wrestled with brakes for many hours and failed. They gave us our money back but it had cost me two 100 mile journeys, a hitch lock, caravan insurance and a load of hassle. Nice people but sometimes nice people cock it. Bad day for them and a bad for us.
