Change their name

This company is currently running under it's 4th business name change in so many years, that alone should ring alarm bells for you! Google Robin Guest, he's been taken to court & lost to a previous victim of his dodgy used cars. My husband & I were unfortunate victims of this company in November 2015 when we purchased a Ford Focus, which we quickly discovered was unfit for purpose. Despite an independent inspection proving this, Robin Guest continued to deny any wrong doing & took a further 4 months to accept the car back & refund myself & the finance company. We are not alone in such experience, there are lots of other unfortunate & angry people they have sold wrecks to: They're impossible to get hold of once you've paid the money & left the site, they genuinely don't give a toss. Thankfully in my case, I did have the finance company on my side, who ended up having to send one of their CEO's down from Leicester to the site in person to thrash out my refund, Robin & David repeatedly made false promises to call me back, or didn't answer my calls/cut me off. Even childish enough to make a quick getaway in a car or hide somewhere on site when they'd seen me approaching. Do you still want to buy a car from these after reading this?!!
