Put my wife's Fiat 500 in for a service, not all of the work was done, despite being on the Job sheet and they damaged the car. When I collected the car, I noticed a small dent on the roof, I notified the garage immediately and they asked me to take the car back the following saturday. When arrived the gentleman on the service dept knew nothing about it. I received a call the following Monday saying they were not accepting liability because they were sure that if anyone had damaged the car, "they would have said so". I produced a receipt from Chips Away, proving that any scratches on the car had been removed the day prior to going in for a service (pure coincidence), despite this, they said they were unwilling to have the dent looked at. To top it all off, the Service manager Glen told me they had asked for a quote, but their repairer wouldn't do the roof. It looks like they have found out the repair is costly and are trying to weasel out of it. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE
