Poor customer service

Avoid this company. Full of false promises. As part of the purchase deal the salesman promised a new timing belt. Then we had a phone call from him saying that he had checked with the owner and they would not honour the promise. We said we wanted to cancel the purchase and wanted our deposit back. We waited two weeks for a cheque that never arrived and after phoning they said that we were supposed to go down and collect it or had the deposit put back on our card, which we were not told at the time. Very disappointed with the customer service.
