Disorganised, time wasters

Called in the week to enquire about a car they had in stock, and called again on Friday afternoon to confirm I'd be travelling down on Saturday morning for a test drive. Arrived around 10:00 Saturday morning as advised but the sales office was closed. No answer on landline or mobile despite several attempts. Hung around for half an hour but nobody showed up. Drove into Torquay. Called again at midday to be told that someone else was heading to view the car, but they weren't totally sure if this person was me or someone else; was asking if I could call them back in another hour. Wasted journey and complete waste of my time, despite thinking arrangements were in place.
