Where do I start, the sales advisors were completely useless. Any questions asked about the car were left unanswered as they "didn't know", luckily I have a car fanatics at home who was able to help me. They made me wait 2 weeks to pick the car up because "the garage wanted to give it a once over" when in fact there was a mechanical failure which was never disclosed to me until I kicked up a fuss! And on the day of picking it up the gentlemen got funny with me for picking the car up 10 minutes later then I said I would which was ironic as they made me wait 2 weeks! Although I love my car now, I'm quite disappointed in myself that I didn't go to other dealerships as I have seen my car at a cheaper price and most of them are a year or two younger than mine. Would I ever recommend them? Certainly not.
