After sales care

I bought a Black X Type Jaguar from them in May 2017, delighted with the car, had an issue with it but as has a 6month warranty it wasn't a problem to get fixed. I am more impressed with the after sales care I have received since I bought the car from a salesman named Joe. I had bought a private plate for my car after I bought the car from this company, Joe ordered me up the new plate and fitted it, registered it with the DVLA for me. When I have a fault on the car, I was given a courtesy car while mines was being fixed, as Joe stays in a surrounding area to myself, once my car was fixed he retuned my car to my home address for me and picked up the courtesy car, saving me from taking time of my work to pick up my own car. Nothing seems to be a problem to the company, they are really helpful. I have bought from house hold dealerships before and never received the after sales care I have been given by this company.
