Poor service

I contacted Classic Cars UK and made clear to them I wanted to view the car, placed a deposit to secure this car, I also told them I'm from cardiff and would have to travel up. I booked the bus which cost £22.70. On the evening before travel I was looking at the images and noticed it did not have the heated seat option which stated on the ad it did and the guy over the phone confirmed it did. I called up and cancelled my viewing and received the deposit but I did mention as a gesture of goodwill, it would be nice for them to refund my travel cost as it went to waste and was not my fault but there's. They have argued the case and would rather upset the customer than refund £22.70. To me I'm glad I didn't buy from a car garage who doesn't care about the happiness of the customer or future customers. Very poor from Classic Cars UK.
