I purchased a Kia Sedonna from this dealer in July 2013. Within 3 weeks of taking delivery of the vehicle the cylinder head gasket blew. The dealer's mechanic "repaired" the vehicle under warranty. In January 2014 SIX MONTHS after the repaire was "completed" the same problem occurred causing the piston rings to fail. Neither the dealer finance company or financial ombudsman have taken any responsibilty for this second breakdown causing me unable to work properly to repair the vehicle as the finance company are insisting on full payment. As the vehicle is still in the car park at home unable to be neither driven nor repaired I FEEL I HAVE BEEN CONNED AND RIPPED OFF BY ALL CONCERNED.
