Prestige Car Sales is a farce. The owner/guvnor (as far as I am aware) called 'JOE' will do anything NOT to return your calls or answer them if you have problems with your car (I have the 117 calls to his mobile or office on my mobile) I purchased an Audi A3 2007 in Dec 2016 which needed a few bits sorted out, ( MOT, Service, Battery, Service book + more) this took quite a while to get done. A banging/rattle from the engine bay which their 'so called' mechanic said was a engine bracket needed lubricating TWICE didn't work. I took the car to 2 independent garages which both confirmed it was the Clutch Flywheel. After much haggling and going to the so called 'showrooms' where he does his own bodywork repairs with an aerosol can to see him face to face he had another clutch fitted which is so cheap that it is again not working correctly and doesn't again answer or return my calls. All I want is the warranty for the clutch so I can get it corrected. All his staff say is, he is NOT there and will call you back. BUT NEVER DOES!!! Please stay WELL CLEAR of Prestige Car Sales. There is also another company called ELITE MOTORS that he runs, beware of them also. HE IS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR in my opinion.
