Overall the experience was not good. From the car being ready and then not ready. When you call for an update no one is around to help. Then you get a message to arrange collection, so you call and it has not been taxed or cleaned so you have to wait again. With out going into detail this went on for about two weeks. When we were able to pick the car up, it had not been cleaned or serviced. By this time we were so feed up we had to drive away as the tax was due on the old car. The lady on reception is fantastic, good luck to you girl !!!.
