A dealer you CAN trust!

Billy at Niddrie Motor Company is a VERY rare gem in my opinion. I never write reviews, but since the reviews I read about Billy led me to consider a car from him, I feel it's only right that I add to the sentiment and confirm what a truly 100% honest man he is. I was interested in a vehicle but I couldn't have been further away from Glasgow without getting in a boat, opposite end of the country. He knew this, didn't pressure me at all, got the car and took excellent photos everywhere, especially underneath with torch light so I could see up inside all those dark gaps and spaces. I had paid a deposit to hold the vehicle until seeing those pictures (as the vehicle is such a good price I know it won't be there long) and Billy said "if you see anything you don't like on the pictures I will return your refund no probs". He didn't need to say that, and many dealers don't. I have lost deposits on cars before thanks to over inflated expectations based on their adverts and sales talk. I got the pictures, the car was beautiful above ground but underneath there were a few things which concerned me and I couldn't get up to see the car quickly so I asked for my deposit to be returned and hoping to get up to see it properly in a few weeks if the car is still there. I got an immediate reply confirming he is refunding my deposit. This is how car dealer's should be, how they used to be, how virtually NONE ARE any more sadly. After 3 years of shocking rip offs and lies from garages about cars I have bought, I almost feel like waiting until Billy gets the same type of car in again just to do business with him, and considering the ridiculous distance his place is from me, that's really saying something. You can TRUST this dealer, I can't recommend him highly enough.
