AVOID - Un-contactable after sale

I bought a Ford Fiesta from House of Cars in February 2017 and apart from it having no fuel in the tank and the engine light showing because of this I've had no problems with the car itself. They however promised to send me the 10 years service and MOT history through by email, which they never did. I've now sold the car and have been trying to contact them to get these documents but the one number I had is dead. I contacted a garage adjacent to HOC to ask if they did the MOT but they didn't and said they would never do any work for them. Cattery on the farm where HOC rent their lot couldn't provide any contact information either but suggested I visit the lot at the weekend as there usually seems to be someone there. However, having read the reviews about HOC on this site, I don't feel I want to if the owner/trader is aggressive and threatening people. I wouldn't recommend this trader to anyone because of this.
