Great service

As an older woman not interested in cars except to get me from A to B changing my car is usually a nightmare Samantha at Dinnages of Brighton couldn't have made it easier. She proved knowledgeable about the car selected, was efficient in organising a test drive and the car was immaculately clean on collection. The transfer of documentation was smooth and efficient and being a parking permit holder she even downloaded the vehicle change form which I was able to complete prior to visiting the parking office. Reading the car manual normally a boring exercise was made easier as Samantha had already taken me through the basics I needed to know in simple terms without the jargon. I received a courtesy phone call next day to ensure I was happy and had anymore questions.
