Travelling from Scotland to view a car after giving a deposit, found the car not as verbally described, no wonder they would not give me confirmation in an email, always get this if coming from further afield. Picked up as promised ushered into the show room to pay, asked to look over the car found each alloy kerbed, surface rust on the wheel arch and general scuffs and scratches on the car. Refused the car and manager went into a verbal melt down, not a pretty site.left abandoned in Liverpool. Would think twice about using Derby Lane Motor Co or at least get everything in writing.
