Unacceptable Service
I wouldn't recommend this dealer under any circumstances. I purchased a car from them in Feb this year & on journey home the engine warning light came on. Dealer recommended that I continued with my journey & get issue resolved at a local garage. I ended up out of pocket as Alan Kerr wouldn't cover the shortfall between what the warranty company would pay for the replacement parts vs what the garage charged for the parts & labour etc. Alan Kerr should be ashamed! I'm the customer having to get the issue resolved myself & it ends up costing me another £200 on top of what I payed for the car. Usual story I guess where once car is sold & customer has collected then dealer shirks any responsibility going forward. Note also that I received absolutely no follow up from Alan Kerr to see whether or not the issue was resolved. They didn't even reply to a letter that I sent them (recorded delivery) regarding the issue & associated costs. You have been warned!!
