I purchased a Peugeot 107 which is obviously their cheapest range car and I was definitely made to feel an inferior customer. The manager did not return any telephone calls about queries I had and was very unhelpful. When I collected the car, I was told they were too busy to show me the car and just gave me the keys and i had to go outside to find the car for myself and work out where the controls were. Exceptionally poor customer service. I returned again after 12 months to have the car serviced and MOT and received the same poor service and communication. I was left waiting over 5 hours with no refreshments or communication as to why it had taken so long. If buying from the cheaper range, do not use this garage.
