I bought a used car from Hidsons Citroen a few months ago and the whole process was fab! The car was exactly as expected and the couple of marks I pointed out were taken care of before I collected. When I had to call them about a fault with the car a few weeks later, they booked it in and even gave me a free courtesy car for the day while they fixed. I know you pay a bit more buying from a main dealer, but in my experience its worth it for the peace of mind. I'd recommend them to anyone.
