I recently bought a Peugeot from the Clydebank showroom and they prayed me being an inexperienced buyer. They failed to mention there was no wheel nut lock for the wheels and now I'm having to spend extra money to order one. I called them and the guy who sold me the car didn't even return my call. It's l about their margins rather than any sort of customer service. Also when I asked them to value my old car the guy made an excuse saying "oh the system won't give me a settlement". That's complete rubbish.
