Poor after sales service

Sale experience was good but after several issues were not fixed, sales man became very rude and backtracked on all agreements. Faulty parts were not fixed or bodged together. Also, completely refused to give me the company's owner name or contact details to discuss the issues directly. Very poor customer service and also not adhering to buyers rights.
