I bought an exceptional bike at an excellent price and it was given a warranty and service to boot, incredibly impressed with the customer service. They couldn't do enough for me and I left feeling like they were doing me a favour (how often does that happen?). I think the owners of this Business (was provided with advice and assistance from Brian and Nigel) should be running courses to the rest of the motor industry on what exceptional customer service looks like, although they might struggle to fit this in alongside serving a constant line of customers who know a really good think when they see it. Rest assured the Bike Depot will be receiving all my business from now on....
