Dealer let itself down.

Purchased a Skoda Yeti from lookers of Cardiff. The sales staff was very helpful and showed great awareness to my fathers illness who was with me at the time. Sadly this dealership let itself down by informing me all the vehicle history documentation was with the vehicle but the secretary was away to get this to hand. I purchased the vehicle and on collection was told there was no vehicle service history book. Promised this would be looked into and contact the previous owner. After several emails and encouraged phone calls, nothing. This let this dealer down big time, otherwise it would have had 10/10 !!
