Unhelpful and obstructive after sales

We had three significant electrical problems with a car we bought from Quality Cars in January 2017. They were obstructive and unhelpful from the outset and refused to take the car back and repay our purchase price. After a lot of contact and the commencement of Small Claims Court action they did partially settle two of the repairs. They made us pay a high restocking fee when we returned the car to them and overall have left us nearly £700 out of pocket. They have now re-advertised the car at an inflated price and with the same inaccurate specification it had when we purchased the car. We found them obstructive in using delaying tactics with us to rectify the problems we had and would not recommend them to anyone.
