Well laid out showroom, poor service!
This is a well presented showroom but it's not the first time I have been to this dealership and found poor service. The guy that served me wanted a verbal commitment to buy a car that he intended bringing in from another branch in the group. He showed me a similar car which I sat in and liked but didn't test drive. Once he realised that I wouldn't agree he seemed agitated and when I referred to my experiences of looking for cars he said "but you said your car is 18 years old so it's a long time since you last looked for a car!" I pointed out that I had done the searches for my husbands company cars, my daughter and son's cars and so knew what I was talking about. I thought his response to me was impertinent and rude. It seems to me that the staff are so busy on their computers that unless they think they have an almost certain chance of commission from a sale they cannot be bothered to get up from their desks to serve customers. Maybe it is the system that T C Harrison Ford have in place but this is not good customer service. I will steer clear of this branch of T C Harrison Ford in future.
