Poor Service

Ordered from Lookers Skoda of Manchester a Skoda Yeti Monte Carlo 1.2 on 31st March 17 via a Lease Company. Problems with mainly a delay in delivery, but also a dispute over road tax (VED) meant I was not offered a delivery date until 25th May 2017. On the delivery date & despite assurances to the contrary, an attempt was made by Lookers to deliver the vehicle to my address on trade plates, unregistered & un taxed. I checked with DVLA & this indeed was the case. The delivery driver contacted me in transit & I told him I would not accept the vehicle unregistered, so he turned back The deal was then cancelled by Lookers
