Having visited a couple of Nissan dealerships, I found myself at Thurlby Motors seeking the X-Trail that I had reviewed and priced in my mind. I was dealt with by Matt on the Sunday I visited, it was Matt's last day before he was leaving for ventures new and despite this he was more than happy to spend time with me getting the deal and options that suited me best. I signed there and then which is new for me! I had dealings with Robert and Simon in the time between ordering and collection and everything I asked was looked at and dealt with well. I collected the car from Robert and had a very thorough handover with no feelings of being rushed etc. This being my 5th brand new vehicle, I would highly recommend the team at Thurlby.
