Focus buyer

I got my Ford Focus from here in February. It was clean and in good condition when I went to view it but the sat nav wasn't working. The dealer said this would be sorted by the time I came to collect the car but it wasn't. They have given me some money now to get it fixed but I fell the car should have been properly checked before they released it. Other than that they were good.
