Help when I needed it

On motorbike holidays in Scotland a part of my helmet was broken. When I called if they had that replacement part for my helmet Sean or John said to come by. They had a new same type helmet and they would swap the parts. Next day I called in and the part was replaced so I could go on with my holidays. I had to pay for the part and the service was for free. Triple AAA class service.
