Totally unprofessional

Agreed to purchase a vehicle, arranged a day for them to come, but they didn't turn up, and they didn't bother to call. When I called them back, they denied any offer, even though it was all done by e-mail. If they are prepared to lie about things like this, rather than apologising and saying that they no longer require the vehicle, what are they going to be doing when selling you a used vehicle? I would suggest to avoid like the plague - there will be plenty of more trustworthy people out there.
