Nice guy to speak to but that's about it

Viewed a Honda CRV EX - Black - NJ57 KCO 18/05/2017 - The engine oil is over full, minor issue but has potential to damage it. - Power steering fluid is below minimum - Coolant was just below minimum - There's a high pitched chirping noise from the gearbox area, this makes me wonder if the clutch is close to needing replacing as the pedal also doesn't feel right and clicks when you press it. - One of the DVD screens doesn't work - Rear parking sensors didn't work properly due to one missing and one hanging slightly loose - All tyres close to legit limit Vehicle was described as really good condition, immaculate. however, even the interior was a let down and there was a minor dent on the exterior too. - Leather bolster ripped, drivers seat - Doorcards rough on top - Door handles paint peeled/worn off, and some of the trim too. Exterior: - Slight dent on chrome work on O/S/R door. The guy was nice enough to speak to on the phone prior to viewing, can't comment on in person or after viewing as he couldn't attend the garage therefore I dealt with his brother. I did text him the above issues, no apology given etc considering I gave him some pointers on what to do i.e. top up fluids to aid in selling, and travelled 2 hours to see it etc..
