very poor after sales
I am it happy with the after care I received form Regal Motor Company. Their attitude really changed when It comes to getting issues resolved. It took a while for them to do the repairs that needed doing and when they finally agreed to fix it they really didn't do much. When It was time to collect the car, They didn't call me until the last minute and said they wouldn't wait for me to come and get it! So I asked them to leave the key is a safe place which they did but there are still on going issues which they wont touch as it's supposedly a common fault that the main dealer has to fix. The whole process has been very stressful and I wouldn't recommend them.
