Great, friendly, matter of fact service

We were met with a very friendly and laid back introduction to the car we were interested in (Audi A3) from Hattons Of Spondon and given plenty of time to look the vehicle over and it's documents. Offered a test drive with no pressure at all to buy and an honest assessment of the car. It's been a month since purchasing the vehicle and very pleased with it and the service from the dealer - which included attention to a very minor scratch on the rear bumper without even needing to ask for it to be seen to. Really impressed and an extremely satisfied customer.
