Saw a Peugeot 307 CC advertised on Auto Trader with NWCB whilst looking for a replacement car for my wife. During a quick phone call with Stewart (the owner) on Sunday morning he gave us the opportunity to leave a £250 holding deposit as we could not get down to view the car until the Monday morning. Having never done this before we were a bit sceptical, however our reservations where soon put to bed as Stewart was insistent that even if my wife didn’t like the colour of the steering wheel then our holding deposit would be instantly refunded. Catch well no catch apart from the fact that you must view the goods in order to reject them. The car was instantly removed from Auto Trader. We arrived on the Monday to be presented with the car with a sold sign on it and looking as good as it did in the advert. We were so glad we had left the deposit as others had been to see the car on the Sunday only to be told by Stewart and his team that the car was on hold for us. After a test drive we decided to purchase the car. It was then put into their workshop for a service and some minor paintwork. Complete with a new 12-month MOT the car was delivered, yes delivered to us on the Wednesday morning. The MOT had an advisory on it for the windscreen wipers they purchased new ones for us, this is the sort of detail and care they go to. Would highly recommend NWCB.
