I was already fairly sure what car I wanted to buy but needed to test drive, pick up a brochure and check out detail. I was treated like a nuisance from the moment I had to interrupt an interminable cosy chat amongst 2 salesmen to get any assistance - and it went downhill from there. Clearly they do not expect to work for a sale and offered a very poor deal. I bought a Tiguan but not from Peter Cooper Southampton.
