Very disappointed total let down

I have had good work done ,services and MOT by Aldermere Car Sales but was totally let down on my resent booking for MOT. The day of my MOT the courtesy car broke down or so I was told. They promised to get it done next morning but no one showed up or even called me. When I phoned up the engineer said they had no availability now. I asked what am I to do now as I had no current MOT. Was told to find someone else and put the phone down. I had to have the day off work and try to get it done that day, it took time and I had to beg my local garage to fit me in. I managed to get it done with a struggle. I also told Adermere my oil light is coming on says change engine oil. I had a full service 6 months ago by them. crag the Manager promised to sort this out but I have heard nothing from them. Very poor customer service. Not Happy with Aldermere.
