DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!
WORST SERVICE EVER! 3 MONTHS FROM PART EXING MY PREVIOUS CAR AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T PAID THE SETTLEMENT FEE MEANING I AM PAYING EVERY MONTH FOR A CAR WHICH IS NO LONGER IN MY POSSESSION. TO TOP IT OFF, THEY HAVE NOW BROKEN THE LAW BY SELLING THE CAR WHICH IS IN MY NAME! NO COMPENSATION RECEIVED AND EVEN TONY (THE MANAGING DIRECTOR) HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER SO HE DOESN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH ME! THE CAR CAME WITH OLD BRAKE PADS WHICH NEEDED REPLACING BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO THIS AND THEY HAVE NO CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 3 MONTHS AND STILL ONGOING! THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN PAYING FOR THE SETTLEMENT FEE ON THE CAR WHICH IS IN MY NAME, DESPITE SIGNING A CONTRACT. BREACH OF CONTRACT IS THE FIRST LAW THEY HAVE BROKEN. DO NOT BUY FROM COASTLINE CARS! I AM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF RETURNING THIS CAR, AND WANTING MY PREVIOUS CAR BACK! CAUSING PROBLEMS FOR COASTLINE, THE NEW USER AND MYSELF. COASTLINE CARS IS THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. THEY HAVE NO CURTESY AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.
