Not fit for purpose

The owner of Linkway Scooters & Motorcycles knew he sold a moped that was not fit for purpose..payed delivery .. 1 hr and half to bring bike back within the first ten days of having it . Took over three weeks despite them saying they could sort probs out within a week . Finally paid for them to bring bike back. Same ... contacted .. not interested... court .. won .. long but justice ... cried in court said he was losing his business... Dont buy or trust.
