Forgot to fit fuel pipe +fire brigade!

Grange Motors in Welwyn are probably the worst dealership in the UK! Having owned many brands of car, Porsche, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, even a TVR, I have never seen incompetence and belligerence at this level, constant poor service, problems with the car from new etc. Final straw when my wife had a 2nd yr service on her £100k RRsport autobiography and a trained technician(get your money back) left the fuel pipe off. When my wife arrived at school with the children, she and my children were quickly evacuated from the car by teachers and parents, with the fire brigade being called. The school left with a mess, my wife and children shocked and scared, now without a car for the day. The garage admitted negligence, cleaned the car (As AA refitted the pipe) kept it all day and returned it without even refilling lost fuel. No apology from a Manager, director, CEO! I run a network of over 150 businesses, £2bn of turnover and the ineptness of their C-Suite is shown by their inability to pick up the phone. Absolutely shocking, I now have a car my wife won't drive. I'm sure this will roll on, as I won't be stepping back and Grange Motors Welwyn, at the moment, don't care...
