Vehicle damaged whilst on site

This service at SEAT Letchworth is awful and I strongly recommend you avoid. The sales side of it was great until we had to have the vehicle serviced and warranty issues addressed. The workshop manager has no customer service skills whatsoever and is simply rude. Our car received minor damage whilst on site. This was pointed out to the workshop manager before we even left the premises yet he refused to accept any responsibility. We will NEVER EVER deal with this dealership again and strongly recommend that if you buy a SEAT you go elsewhere to get it serviced and maintained.
