Awful dealer

First of all , went to have a look at a car for sale at Fleet Direct Doncaster and when organising finance said would get back to me with figures as it was a bank holiday so that was fine but never did had to call them to find out they'd not bothered , not to mention they like to bundle in some extras such as gap cover which should be optional which will be reported to the FCA who I'm sure will be interested in these practices , thanks for nothing and wasting my time !!!
