Disappointed with last service

We'd previously been well disposed towards Unity Automotive, however we were a little disappointed with the last major service on our Subaru Forester. They didn't resolved the clonk from the front suspension, and we've been charged £61 for new windscreen wipers. This was a surprise as I'd replaced them less than a month before. We asked for the 'old' ones and they were duly returned to us with each one carefully torn. They were fine the day before the service, a small matter perhaps but I feel we've been deliberately deceived.
