Very Poor Customer Service

Went in to Arnold Clark with 7,500 quid to spend, they found an ex Rep Car that I could like, but when I asked for a "Luck Penny" just a little something to sweeten the deal, I was told "the car and that's it, oh, we'll throw in a set of new matt's", my Wife refued the deal, just in case we made Arnold Clark go bust, it was the salesman, who was very professional, who said he'd get us 25 quid for diesel to sweeten the deal and close it, we were happy at that, but when the Manager said "NO!", we walked out of Arnold Clark with our money in our pocket Arnold Clark should and could learn from Moss Motors who gave us more than a little sweetener when we bought a beautiful Mercedes E280CDI from them, full service history, new tyres, AA membership, a discount "Luck Penny" everything which made buying from Moss Motors a pleasure I did complain to Head Office, but was told in a rather unpleasant manner "tough", not what you'd call good customer service.
