Extremely Poor Service think twice

Ok, bought a car from these guys, got to be honest wish I had never come across them, firstly the car was found to have a broken window switch which they said would be fixed prior to me collecting. They did replace the switch and the window still didnt work (stupidly I didnt check before I left) when I emaield about it I had no response so called and spoke to Ross who laughingly claimed that the window switch had been working. This was proven to be a lie as they had the wrong window switch.... Secondly the car developed real bad smoke issues once a week, due to the fact they had my car a week just to fix a window switch I took it upon myself to take into BMW who confirmed car had been remapped (badly) and that was causing the problems. I got one key, and a service book so no manuals or anything and they also dont even bother to service cars before selling them (mine hadnt been done for 12k) in the end I traded the car in and lost over £1500 just to get rid of it. Absolute charlatans, they dont care about anything. Avoid Premier Car Warehouse at all costs in my opinion
