This is the same dealership that sells Chevrolet cars off cole avenue in Gloucester. They are all front, they have the looks by are let down by bad organisation, lack of customer service, and I hate to think of the aftercare service we will get when we eventually get our car delivered. After going to many dealerships to find the correct car for our needs under the Motorbility Scheme we ordered with Chevrolet because we needed a seven seater for the boot space before Christmas, good vision,and air conditioning. We explained our situation and we ordered 2 weeks in advance of our mobility date ready to have the Chevrolet Orlando being delivered on the 2nd of December 2013. Our situation now (Our Complaint) is that throughout the process we have not been kept up to date, been brushed off with excuses, ignored, and finally let down with a phone call stating that our car would not arrive from aboard till January!!! Baylis has ruined our Christmas!
