Not reliable

Purchased a car from Fleet Direct Doncaster and within 2 days it was back in and in garage for a week sat nav disc was missing promised they would order one straight away 2 weeks later chased with salesman said he was going to order one now a month still no disc still no log book after a month now told he did not send it of for a week 12 calls made to them promised return call not one recieved totally unreliable.
