Courteous and effficent: they certainly go the extra mile (or 4000). What David the service manager doesn't know about BMWs isn't worth knowing! An unexpected and unusual fault developed in my X5 soon after purchase; it was swiftly dealt with, all under warranty, with no quibbles, while I used the courtesy car. I will be going back for ongoing care and service, and will happily recommend them.
