Great Customer Service

Having seen a car they had for sale that I was interested in I went down to Tim Hayward Car Sales to have a look. They were very relaxed salesmen, not pushy in the slightest. (I mainly dealt with Tristan) Considering it was myself and my mum on our first visit (2 females) I didn't feel intimidated at all. They let me take the car for a test drive and were happy to answer any questions I had, if they didn't know the answer they found out and got back to me. On my second visit they were happy for me to take the car to a garage of my choice for them to have a look at. I didn't end up buying the car (I am probably one of the fussiest people when it comes to buying cars!) and when I phoned to let them know they were just really grateful that I had contacted them to inform them of this. I would recommend Tim Hayward Car Sales and should they get another car in stock that I'm interested in I wouldn't hesitate to go back!
