Car keeps breaking down

We bought our car from car max Leeds (aka MAK Motors Leeds) we have had nothing but problems we took it to the garage to be mended and tried to claim off the warranty but wouldn't pay out so we paid for it then the car broke down again as expected wouldn't pay out so we paid again we phoned car max numerous of times ignored the calls so we got in touch with trade and standards about our car x we did as explained and wrote a letter giving them 7 days to reply but ignored love and behold the car broke down again as expected wouldn't pay out so we paid again we phoned car max numerous of times ignored the calls but this time was told car max cancelled the warranty.so it's now in the hands of trade and standards..
