Headgasket went!

Paid for a car had it one day then started to play up (over heated) was told headgasket had gone and would cost £££ plus there was other problems with it.. Sent it back to them at there request but now they said I can't have the car back so asked for a refund got told to go away! Now seeking legal advice and reported them to trading standards, stay away from Prestige Car Sales!!
